Tachometer disc could be better
Beacon works great and is easy to use. The disc could definitely be better. There are two problems with the hard drive. First, it's rather small. Second, my spindle bore was off-center. This causes the marks to move in and out along the radius from the spindle. This makes it a bit more difficult to estimate the speed. I'd recommend ignoring the included touch disk and just printing it from Vinyl Engine or similar. It will get bigger and you can definitely punch a hole in the middle.
