The reason I gave it three stars is because they have a slightly misaligned shaft which they had to go through quality control before getting to me. I mean it's solid so I don't fall, but I won't look for a plastic support piece or a set of napkins to tuck it under your foot to keep it from wobbling. Reaching for things that are out of reach is useful. Was helpful when setting up my Wyze camera outdoors. Since I don't need it weekly I always converted it into a plant shelf to hold 3-6 plants on it until I surpassed the number of plants I could fit on the stairs. I mean, plants don't care about the wobble once the peg leg is set and working. And even when watered it hasn't rusted or damaged the paint, so that's an advantage. This product is lightweight making it easy to carry and the locking mechanism ensures the ladder will not collapse after installation. I just can't forget that leg so I bought a lemon and made lemonade even though the lemon looked weird.
