The whip itself appeared to be decently made and I was immediately pleased. Then I came to the console. Thin as potato chips and just as bad as other reviewers mention. I plugged it in and within about 10 button presses the whip was stuck on red and that erratic flashing mode. The remote lights up when the buttons are pressed, but nothing happens. I contacted the seller who offered to attach the remote to the whip by pressing two buttons at once. I did this and got the whip to change color to blue before it stopped working. Chinese garbage. Send back. All of these whips sold through eBay and Amazon are the same. Buyer Warning. The seller responded quickly to messages I think so.
