They tried hard to get it right
I use a lot of toner and figured I have to be careful where these cartridges came from as some are great some are terrible. I installed this cartridge two days ago and now it leaves black streaks on the edges of the paper. When I took out the cartridge and replaced it with another brand, the problem was solved. So I know it's not my printer. The company tried their best to fix everything, maybe it was an accident, bad toner. The one I received was bad but they offered to replace or refund it.
