works great for what I need it for and maintains a safe temperature with a constant 25 amp load. Lots are good too. 3-7-18 Need to solder again, yes, it is noticeable that the wire is not pure copper, some parts of the wire are NOT suitable for soldering, I can continue to use it, although it makes a seam, handling the current ok without thermal melt. If the wire isn't tightly twisted when soldering, you're almost guaranteed not to solder or solder at all. At least that's been my experience and the wire SHOULD be clean, yes it's a bit moody to say the least.
