What can you say about a factory door flap that comes loose from the screws on the first day of using the original dog door screws? This replacement doesn't fit well in the rectangle since the space is in the top-left and bottom-right corners of the pages. I had to add washers to the original screws to hold them on top of the metal strip. It happened again on the first day. Not to mention that like many reviews, the magnetic strip on the underside of the plastic is by no means strong enough to hold the flap in place. I even lowered the top bar to the bottom setting in hopes the magnet would work better. no PS Maybe the original clapper lasted 10 years and just because the magnet fell apart I replaced the clapper. Now it is supposed to be made in China.
