Product is OK. Taste is ok. 334 mg of caffeine per serving – wow! No creatine. However, the tingling is strong even as you experience the poison oak sensation. I need to repeat something to really nail this. I am disappointed that the $43.00 product does NOT contain creatine, which is one of them. the, if not the, most scientifically researched nutritional supplement that is proven to work. However, it does have snake oil nootropics like clubmoss and black pepper. Whatever TF is. I don't really care because I'm not doing quantum physics while flexing my biceps in a squat rack. In short, I'm not impressed. I feel duped considering ON offers a great pre-workout that tastes great and packs 3g of creatine, 175mg of caffeine and 1.5mg of beta-alanine (rather than 3.2mg of BPN) all for less as $20 (currently $16). to Raven). I will no longer buy this particular product from BPN. Too expensive for what you get. Here's another thing, if you serve yourself some FLUG, you're going to inadvertently inhale a lot of product. It's very powdery, which I find nice for mixing, but it flies up in the air and creates quite a large cloud of caffeine dust. Maybe that's something to take idk, but I don't want to breathe before my workout. This product makes me think twice before buying any other product from BPN. But maybe I'll try again.
