Review on Satco S3134 250 Watt Light Clear by Justin Stinson
One didn't work; the other was too hot.
I bought two of these lamps in the 250W version. I was disappointed to find corrosion at the base of each. One did not catch fire at all; and the other almost instantly warmed to what I thought was a dangerous temperature. It was very light, of course, but I didn't want to risk burning my hand or starting a fire, so I sent them both back.
