Weak, very difficult to install

When I received this I thought I had a solution to my problem. The problems were: 1. The metal spacers were very flimsy and had trouble holding the plastic spacer.2. When tightened, the metal seals came out and damaged the windshield.3. I tried my best to get the washers in and when I started the engine the vibration caused the bolts to shake. My search for the best product continues.
