When they arrived I was worried they were too small. They fit perfectly! They don't shine through, they give me supportive clothing, I feel like I need them. The waist belt is the way to go so I don't feel like my guts are just shaking. I have a high torso so wish they were a little bigger but I'm so glad I bought 3 pairs!
