I ordered this product as a gift. There was a lot of dust when it arrived (which was annoying) but you could wipe it off, no big deal. However, what I really didn't like were the streaks and deep scratches on the cheap plastic frame. One of the pieces on the back was also hanging down and was difficult to remove. Worst of all, when I opened the back to check the quality of the clear protective film, I found that it was broken/cracked. What a disappointment. It is definitely NOT the HIGHEST QUALITY as advertised. This frame is fit for sale at a dollar store, no more than $15 what I paid. I will not buy again.
