They are very strong. They are a little tricky to install and I had to use my own drywall anchors because the ones that came with the kit broke. The screw head caps can be tricky to put on, but using a hammer will help. You end up with a very secure mount that makes pushing or pulling the broom very easy. I used one for my thinner Swiffer and it only holds it in one spot where the grip diameter is larger. So please check your pens before ordering.
