YES! I have two pairs of dress pants that fit my legs but are too big in the waist, they fall out and I hate wearing a belt. What I wanted to do was add extra grommets along the waist so I could close my pants tighter. These things were exactly what I was looking for, they worked great. I only used the eyes so I can only talk about installation but they were very easy to install. I pierced them, put the backplate on and bent the pins with pliers and then gave them a few hits with a hammer. Fiction. As you can see from the photos, I left the back panel open so it's technically touching my skin, but I don't feel it at all. I am so happy with this product!
