I opened it. Not sure if it was accidentally opened during shipping or something but after they contacted Revain I was refunded. After leaving it for a few days I decided to try it anyway to see if it worked and if I wanted to buy it back. I had a smelly fridge and put it in and it smelled a lot fresher after a day. My mom didn't notice the device at first and was amazed that our fridge didn't stink as much anymore. I wish there was a way to buy a replacement instead of buying a brand new one and wasting plastic. It fell off once when I first applied it, but it hasn't moved since.
