The trimmer was purchased from the amazon market for home use to replace the old Panasonic, which lasted about 6 years and in the end began to weaken with a battery. The first impression was good. High-quality plastic, solid (at first glance) assembly, compact, stylish design. But the illusions quickly dissipated after disassembling the block of blades (fortunately, this is easy to clean). On the trimmer blade, which was just taken out of the box, there was rust under the plastic lining (seen in the photo). Neither the blades nor the trimmer itself were exposed to moisture and water. If you do not disassemble the blade unit, then rust is not visible, because. it is hidden under the plastic from under which only the cutting part with teeth protrudes. About usage. First shave impressions (aside from the rusty blades) were also good. The previous Panasonic had to walk several times in order to achieve an even cut and shape, here one or two were enough, because. shaved clean and straight. Problems started after 2 months. The block of blades began to dangle and rattle like a tractor. The plastic in the place where the blade block was attached to the handle-body was worn out very quickly and it simply stopped holding it tightly. The trimmer was not dropped or subjected to any physical impact (dust particles were blown off it). When compared with the previous cheap Panasonic, after 6 years of use, the blade block was held in it like a glove, not the slightest hint of play or rattle, as here, was observed. The battery is dying right before our eyes. The charge is enough to trim facial hair and shave your head once. True, there is the possibility of working from the network, which is not always convenient. Outcome. After a year of use (1-2 times / week for 20-30 minutes) the trimmer became unusable. It is impossible to shave with a rusty (initially) block of blades dangling on the handle. At the same time, the sound of the rattling is almost deafening. I do not recommend anyone to buy and use this product!
