I play guitar several hours a day and if I'm not careful I bang my thumb, trigger. I've tried several thumb stabilizers and immobilizers, for both daytime and sleep use. This orthosis helps me to relieve tension in my left thumb joint. This is one of the few braces with a very comfortable "rattle bag" support that gently expands to take pressure off your thumb. It also features a unique multi-level Velcro closure that makes it easy to put on each hand yourself. The fabric breathes well and after a few weeks I had no issues with the corset shifting or snagging while sleeping. Great product at a great price, five stars!
