I bought this collar for my 20lb beagle/chihuahua. I measured his neck and knew that the collar needed to be tightened as little as possible. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too big for him and he slipped out. With a bow tie and suspender material, the collar seemed heavy and unwieldy. But since it was very well made, I decided to keep it for myself. I would recommend this collar for medium to large dogs or if you are just looking for something cute for your little pup to wear in photos. Overall, this bow tie collar is adorable and very high quality. (Be sure to measure your dog before purchasing!)
