This is incredibly soft on the inside, vibrant colors on the outside, has a grippy bottom (if I ever choose to use on the bottom of the tank that's a great feature), comes with four chains with clips that fit great in my 40 gallon enclosure. It has a sheet that can go inside, but also a half-zip top that allows you to unzip it and take it off completely for easy cleaning or different uses. You can also flip the top back and velcro it to stay (which is how mine is currently set up). My rats LOVE this and sleep in it all night (other than to come out to go the bathroom in their litter box). Nice warm place for them!
