Great for my TMJ. I "fitted" it to my mouth by cutting off some of the parts that bothered me while I slept, then reheating it to soften the edges. Ideal. I sleep like an obedient child. I had a dentist who wanted to charge me $1200 for a mouthguard, I'm happy with that at a much cheaper price. shish.
