I like that in this system it allows all of the personnel that work for the company to be able to view what each other has done on there project, allows for reports to come up on when projects are completed and when there are future due dates. There sometimes can be issues where some information gets lost between jobs so i have to remember to go back into the system to get updated information or if not then it is not easy to find out who is working on what at any time. This helps streamline all of our different operations which saves the office staff a lot of time and energy on having to remember what each person is doing all day. When using the program to enter information we can now easily see what is being entered in the field instead of going back to our computers to check. The best part about this software is that it can be used for both small businesses as well as large companies. It has many different features, which include but are not limited to accounting, job management, and estimating. It has helped us with our small business. I love how easy it is to use. It is so simple that even someone who is not very tech savvy can figure out how to use it without any problems.
