It's a good phone, but you might want to hold off on making a switch if you already have a device with 20+ megapixels and the same camera settings, as the difference in photos taken during the day in auto mode is negligible, but it becomes more apparent at night and when using the zoom. If you care primarily about your phone's camera, this is your best option; nevertheless, its heft, bulk, and price make it less desirable than some of its competitors.
- For the sake of potential readers, I substituted s20+. Increasing the zoom by a factor of 20+ or pressing 10 on extreme causes a substantial drop in image quality compared to the original setting. In addition, ultra's 108 MP mode offers superior detail to that of 20+'s 20 MP mode, and ultra's more natural color reproduction makes its images seem more authentic than those of 20+'s oversaturated ones. Both the performance and the screen quality are far better than average. Batteries last around the same amount of time, at least a day. Some reviewers note that using ultra can quickly raise your body temperature to dangerous levels, however I didn't find this to be the case.
- It was one thing to read about this in the reviews, but to actually receive an empty box was unsettling. After 20+ years, you may be surprised by the case's heft and dimensions.
