I've been wearing it for a few weeks now. I have a small one because my wrists are very small. Be sure to read the measurements and measure your wrist! If you don't want this, I wear a regular Vivofit3 strap in the tightest position and it's too loose, I can fit three fingers under the strap. And these fit into the fourth largest hole.
