I cannot rate the product as the instructions were inadequate. Vevor wrote that they cannot fulfill orders from Revain. Examples: Where does the filter go? Why change the temperature? How do I order additional filters and purification crystals? These are just examples. The instructions seem to have been written by someone familiar with the product. They should be written by someone who doesn't, for someone who doesn't, to ensure all points are covered. This is the basic principle of technical writing.
