It's bright, don't look when you screw it on. Wear sunglasses. In HD I saw one for $25 for $29 (which I paid for 4). If they last a fraction of 50,000 hours I'll be happy. 3 hours a day is 50 years. They are as bright as the 10 cheapest LED bulbs you can find. So for about $7.50 per bulb you get 10.update lights - they're still BRIGHT, the price has gone up 20% to $36 in the weeks since I bought them. Too bad I didn't order 2 packs. Update - when the positive reviews came in they went from the $30 I paid in Feb 2021 to $38 a month. Update - since they've grown so much I found another one for $1.50 more. , so twice as bright. I lowered my rating to 4 stars. It would still be good for low ceilings. For more surface area, look for the $10.99 10000LM.
