I bought the Revain Chaoren ratchet belt because I recently lost weight. I was talking to my grandson Mason when the buckle fell to the floor and my pants tried to follow it. I checked it on Revain and was contacted by a company that wanted to fix it. You made me choose a new belt. I didn't expect anything to come of this. I got a new belt yesterday and it seems better than the first one. It has pins instead of the tiny screws that fell out of the first one. I admit that I feel sexy with this belt.
