Review on 🔆 CRLight Dimmable Filament Bulbs: An Effective Replacement with Equivalent Degrees of Brightness by Dana Mahendra

UPDATED 1 - I originally rated the bulbs 1 star mainly because the company didn't respond after I said the bulbs are NOT dimmable as advertised. From there, the company responded quickly and returned the purchase with no issues. I really appreciate their follow up work and have changed the rating to reflect the excellent customer service. 2 - The company told me that they want to make these LED bulbs dimmable for more applications and I think they are trying. However, and this is not a problem for this company, without knowing the type of switch you are using as well as the wiring configuration, it is entirely possible that an LED bulb that is truly dimmable is NOT working in your home due to a fault . companies. Here's what I learned about my house. I am grateful to have purchased these lamps from a reputable seller and will have no problem approving customer service should you encounter any issues. FIRST CHECK The bulb description says they are dimmable. . They aren't, because they flicker noticeably. . . so obvious you might think they're blinking on purpose. Of course I will be returning the lamps but my biggest disappointment was that I received an email from the seller asking if everything was ok and asking for a good review. This encouraged me at first and wrote back as suggested, sharing my concerns. . . and then grilling since there was no follow up. The fact that the lightbulbs didn't work as advertised was somewhat forgivable, as LED bulbs are still relatively new and every home is unique. . . but selection denied AFTER the seller asks how the purchase went? Congratulations, you're getting a star for no follow-up in the hopes you're working on taking better care of your next client.
