I have been using this air purifier for 2 months in automatic mode and move the air purifier to different rooms every few days to improve the overall condition. Air quality in our 2 bedroom home. We have a cat and we don't dust or sweep every day, but the cleaner clearly has enough power to filter out cat hair and dust, as you can see on the underside of the intake. I was pleasantly surprised when the air purifier automatically switched to a more powerful mode for the first time when I was cooking outside of our kitchen. I wouldn't recommend leaving the air purifier in the kitchen because of the grease in the air that can contaminate the filter in the long run, but one of the best features is the automatic sensors that detect if your air is getting extra air pollution due to smoke filtering needed. Fat. in the air during cooking or a sudden change in airflow from the window/door opening. I would recommend facing the air intake outwards for maximum filtration rather than facing the logo side outwards.
