I was looking for a very low bedside table and this one suits me. Arrived needing full assembly (just some boards and screws) but love doing it. The assembly took exactly one hour. The end result was surprisingly durable! The drawer slides out smoothly. "Wood" is a wood-plastic laminate over chipboard, and the back and bottom of the drawer is a kind of glorified cardboard. So we're not talking about the best materials in the world, but that's to be expected at the price. My only criticism of the design is that I would have preferred a wood-fronted drawer to a white one, and the silver handle looks a bit silly and out of place with both white and wood, but I'll be replacing it with a gold handle. Since these aspects were obvious when I bought it, I cannot give it a single star! All in all a cute piece and a very, very good price. If your budget is under $100 I would say you can't do more.
