Very easy to fill but has some disadvantages
Pros - Very easy to fill (put into a pool or water bath and none of them break - I've found that some always break when I fill them with cement ) Cons - They must be filled to a certain degree, otherwise they will not explode on contact. Certainly a couple of balloons hit my kids in the chest and ended up hurting them, not exploding!
