The package arrived in perfect condition with no problems. I purchased from the Energy Saver section of the Revain Marketplace and have had no performance issues. The product itself was as pictured on Revain so I plugged it in, let it charge until the green light came on, done. Very easy. I have chronic neck and shoulder problems from working on my laptop all day and this is a great relief. I'm 5'6" but my arms are quite long (31" from shoulder to fingertips) and my wrist holsters can be felt. comfortable - they lie on my side, maybe 2 inches taller than the model in the photo. I would say that a person with a taller physique/longer arm/broader shoulders might find this uncomfortable. I'm not small, but I can't see anything. A 1.80 m broad-shouldered man feels comfortable. In that case, look elsewhere for adjustable holsters, this is not the case. The heated massage is amazing! Not hot at all, just right (I'm sensitive to heat). This is my first time buying a Shiatsu product and I'm happy, for the price I get exactly what I wanted: a portable/wireless treatment for my throat that's easy to take with me when I'm on the go. I've experimented with lowering it over my back - it's doable, but not designed for that - it felt great in the lower back once I got the straps on properly. The booklet recommends some other options like sitting on the floor to massage your calves with your foot on the massage rollers - I'll try that at some point but liked that they showcase the options in the booklet. Fine, like a real person's massage, but in a pinch, this gadget saves the day 100%.
