This is very convenient. The padding is thick, both on the seat and on the back. Has everything you need for an office chair. But it fails badly in control options. Although the detail representing the item says "adjust back angle", it doesn't really work in the control options. You can actually adjust the back angle, but only if you fully recline the entire chair, including the seat. You cannot adjust the backrest angle yourself. What an insanely stupid design. I would never have bought this chair if I had known that. I find sitting upright in a military style very uncomfortable. I always want to lean back a little (but only the backrest, not the seat with it!) If you like to sit upright and upright, I recommend this 4/5 star chair, if you want to lean back a little, this chair is not for you. Too bad because now I either have to live with this shortcoming or put up with the long, hard hell of Amazon returns of a large assembled item.
