The ring itself is very high quality and well made. My husband and I have been doing this for 4 months several times a week (3-4 times). My husband already has level 172, I have level 74 :) And there are no problems with the ring, even though we squeeze it mercilessly! I can’t say that these classes somehow help me lose weight, but they definitely help restore physical endurance and keep in good shape. You can’t tell about the ring in a nutshell, but this is a real fitness center in your home with a personal trainer who tracks your actions and doesn’t let you goof :) A very worthwhile thing! Cons: There is a slight delay in tracking the position of the ring and belt in space. Sometimes she knocks down, sometimes some exercises do not count normally because of this. But in general, this does not interfere. The second important drawback is the lack of a 2022 translation. There is a lot of text and it is very difficult to articulate, so much is lost without a sufficient level of English. I'm also terribly infuriated by the ah-sighs of the characters. Let me explain. For all the coolness of the game, the developers did not bother to voice all the texts of the characters. Only the main phrases are voiced, the rest is subtitled and must be read. But to indicate the dialogue, under each phrase with subtitles, the character groans / gasps / grunts / groans / gurgles. It would be better if they were silent :) You can turn off the voices, but then the main voice of the ring disappears, which just doesn’t irritate, but cheers you up during the exercises and tells you how many repetitions are left. And you do some exercises without looking at the screen, and such a hint is very necessary.
