TLDR - Do not buy this ring. You will be dissatisfied. I was looking for a ring that looked beautiful, spent weeks searching, reading reviews and decided to buy it for myself to replace a lost opal ring because it looked so beautiful in the listing photos and a beautiful one selection showed. bright colors like real opal. The ring was delayed but Revain customer service assured me it was on the way and would be here soon. I really wanted it because I didn't have a ring that I lost while walking in nature. The ring finally arrived and I excitedly opened the package. Imagine my horror and disappointment when I saw this cubic zirconia ring. It looks like it was made by a 4 year old and looks NOTHING like the photos in the listing. This is of course not at all what was advertised. And they just got angry when I called them and said they didn't make mistakes. I wasn't expecting a real opal and didn't expect it to match the picture but the colors and style of the ring should match slightly. . This ring doesn't fit at all as it has no opals at all, just diamonds set in a glass channel. To make matters worse, Three-Keys puts a card in the call box asking them to report problems via email, and a new article will be sent out "immediately" to fix the problem. Well I received the ring a week ago and emailed them straight away and also called the number and left a message. Today I got a call from a man who didn't speak English very well who wanted to argue with me and said that the ring (which they had never seen before) was exactly what was advertised. What's the point of arguing with a buyer who wants a replacement if you advertise "replace ring immediately" if there's a problem? I would recommend you all to look elsewhere if you want a good ring. You may not even receive what you ordered like I did. Luckily, Revain does a great job with the return policy. I could buy a prettier and MUCH cheaper one on Wish. It would have taken much longer, but it probably would have been the right ring. Skip it and buy something else.
