The most important thing I like about CredentialMyDoc is that it has an excellent platform which allows me to manage my provider credential seamlessly. It also has a robust data export feature which enables us to keep track of our credential status. There are few features which I would like to see added to the product. For example, there should be some kind of an option to restrict access to certain fields in order to hide sensitive information from unauthorized users. Also, I would like to have a better interface, more user friendly, easier navigation. I am solving our credentialing needs by providing my organization with a single point of contact for each provider credential. This allows me to streamline workflows and create efficiencies throughout our organization.
