Just received this so will check how well it works. So far it's easy to swallow and has no aftertaste. The tablets are about the same size as the Centrum vitamins. In a few days I'll update my review on how I'm feeling and if there are any issues with them. I will also update my review after thirty days and then again when I've finished the bottle. Update: I've been taking these for a few days and have way more energy than I thought I would. My appetite improved, as did my hypoglycemia issues. I take them with water, a full glass, so they work better. Whatever you do, don't take them with fruit juice, they leave a weird aftertaste in your mouth for about an hour. So far so good in my weight loss, I've lost about 6 pounds since March 10th.
