Review on Alcohol Caps Reseal Bottle Perfectly by Anna Lang

Depends on where you go, it will happen or not.

When the cap is opened, a small plastic ring remains on the bottle. This ring is stamped with the date. I assume you have to remove this ring before putting the protective cap on, otherwise it looks like it has a double bottom ring. I used Aquafina 16.9 oz. Bottle. The cover stealth approached the bottle. I had to pull it off a few times to get it right. It really looked like an unopened bottle. It did NOT look like the original unopened bottle as the cap is taller and not date stamped. If you place it with unopened bottles, it sticks out like a sore thumb. But I think it would have worked if the inspector hadn't been an aquafina expert! The bottle was NOT sealed well enough not to leak. In a suitcase that would be an absolute disaster. If you keep it up, you'll probably be fine. I made a test - I filled a bottle with vodka and shook it together with a closed bottle of water. It didn't seem like anything special to me. Perhaps the vodka bubbles lasted a little longer, but it takes a literate professional to notice. I don't think I will use these caps. The fake sunscreen bottle looks more realistic to me.
