Easy to navigate and user friendly platform
I like that it is very easy for our travel agents in Australia, New Zealand & Canada (NZC) as well other countries around world such us Korea etc., It's great when they have questions or inquiries via email/phone call we can easily assist them with their queries which helps keep everything organised! Nothing so far just using this software but will update once used more extensively by team members who are yet inexperienced at useage within TA system - currently working closely together across NZT teams both sales / marketing side plus customer service support staffs from various locations throughout countrywide offices!!
Pros
- It's easy and very easy for our sales and marketing team members as well as our customer support staffs working from various locations within our countrywide offices!
Cons
- Nothing so far so far just using this software but will update once used more extensively by team members who are yet inexperienced at useage within TA system currently working closely together across NZT teams both sales / marketing side plus customer service support staffs from various locations
