These speakers are very good value for money. The bass exceeded my expectations - not super low, but enough to enjoy the music and a lot more than you could get from bookshelf speakers, for example. There are no highs here. So if you want to hear the clarity of individual pick clicks on a string, you won't get that from these speakers, and cranking up the volume quickly introduces distortion, but if you're looking for nice background music while enjoying yourself in the garden, satisfies her task.
