I am 5ft 10" and about 155 pounds. I usually wear medium or large so I ordered medium as they are stretchy and there wasn't much difference in length between medium and large which bothered me. It fits like a glove and is very stretchy and soft. It's definitely long enough because it doesn't dig into my butt and doesn't give me that double-cheeked look that most swimsuits do because they're either too tight on my butt or too short so they dig in. The only downside, if you don't have a flat chest, the V-neckline will be very skinny, different from the picture
