This home grill is just amazing. You must read the instructions before using, otherwise you will not be satisfied with the product. The first day I got it I cooked burgers and corn on it and surprisingly since it's an indoor grill the corn and burgers showed signs of charring. Heats up quickly and evenly. The temperature is a bit tricky at first, but the more you use it, the more you get used to the heat. It's also very easy to clean, after I cooked the burgers and corn all I did was place it on the bottom of my sink, douse it with dish soap and hot water for a few minutes and then an hour to soak because I was too lazy to clean it at that moment and the fat almost slipped off the grate. Overall a great purchase. It smokes a little but not much, my smoke detectors didn't work. Be sure to spray or oil Pam BEFORE heating it because I put it on as soon as it was hot and then I had a lot of smoke. It's also quite large, I thought it would be smaller, but it's not something that fits in a closet, more like a fridge.
