F647 received in perfect condition (it was securely packaged). First impressions are that the tripod is adequately mounted, but it has yet to be tested in the field. It holds my Canon camera with rear battery and 24-105L lens very well (no tilt or movement at all). The tripod is light, especially with the ball head removed. The only aspect that might cause concern is the plastic clips that secure the legs. Over time, they can deteriorate. As previously mentioned, the bubble level is not visible when the camera is on the ball head. It would be better if it was on the base next to the tripod legs. So far I'm happy with the purchase after reviewing many travel tripods. As far as I can tell, this tripod is similar to the Q555. F647 can only be an older model. I have to thank the BONFOTO seller for sending additional purchase emails. So far they've been great. I hope it stays that way, especially when there are issues with the tripod. Update 3/27/19: It looks like what is sold as the F647 has changed. Now it is very different from what I received. The tripod I received is almost identical to the Q555. Update 4/30/19: Took this tripod with me on a trip to Maui. Setup was quick and easy. I was particularly impressed by how stable it was on uneven rock, even when the camera was at an awkward angle. There was no movement at all. The only downside is the zipper broke. I have contacted Bonfoto regarding this and am waiting for a reply. Update 5/2/19: Downgraded to 2 stars due to lack of customer support. I have not received any response from Bonfoto after following the Revain link to contact them. I had to initiate support through Revain Chat where Revain reps tried to call Bonfoto directly. The phone number was wrong. So now it looks as if future tripod problems will not be solved. Be careful as there doesn't seem to be any guarantee or customer support. Update 5/29/19: Customer service rating increased to 4 stars. I was able to contact the manufacturer Zomei and they got back to me straight away. Attempted to send a repaired tripod to replace the bag. Unfortunately it was stolen by the shipping company. A second replacement was sent and this time it was a brand new tripod. The customer representative was very responsive and really wanted to clear every hurdle.
