I love this product! It may mislead you when you first open the package. But don't despair. Follow the instructions they don't add to the package. I suggest they add paper instructions to the package.1. Just take them off and soak them in water (preferably warm IMO).2. Leave them for a while so that the water is absorbed. Better yet, massage them and smooth out any edges. I promise they will magically start to inflate when they are in their perfect shape and form.3. Just squeeze out the water and dry them. I did just that and I like the result. It's light and comfortable. I recommend it.
