Easy Way To Track Sales Performance Across Departments
I like how easy it was for our team of 3 people (2 part time) to implement this tool into our business! It's so much easier than trying to track your own data in Excel files.
Not many tools are as simple yet effective at tracking sales performance across multiple departments within an organization. We have been able to see where we need improvement with each department and make adjustments accordingly. This has helped us improve overall customer experience which ultimately leads to more revenue from repeat visits.
Pros
- The ability to seamlessly integrate into our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and create custom reports
Cons
- Would be interesting to compare it with a more popular tool
