I love how simple and user friendly it is. There is a button that allows you to switch between 3 different lighting settings. You can control the brightness of each lighting setting with two buttons to increase or decrease. I didn't know before ordering that the plug is actually a USB port, I really liked this feature because I immediately thought I could plug it into my laptop or other power source on the go. While I wish it came with an adapter (luckily I had a spare) to plug it into an outlet, this feature is still very handy. The handle is held firmly, just pay attention to the placement to prevent light from entering. If you turn the lamp in the desired direction without adjusting the rod, turn it clockwise so as not to weaken the light. I hope this has been helpful to those looking for affordable good lighting.
