I can't say one thing that is bad about BSP. They got it. The way they communicate with me made everything so easy to understand right from the beginning when we first started communicating. I appreciated how open their team was for suggestions and ideas as well. There were no hiccups at all! Great experience working with them! Nothing. Their communication skills are amazing plus they are extremely knowledgeable (not only in marketing but also UX/UI). I really like how they can see my website from a mobile perspective as well as desktop! They also have some awesome tools that you don't always find with other agencies. It's difficult to get a hold of someone at times. But they're working on it. Make sure to go through their site and look around. There is so much information there! I've been using them for about 6 months now and they've helped me improve my website's SEO and traffic immensely.
