Overall a good product. Good price for simple beautiful cat wall shelves. Good quality wall anchors are included, but I recommend positioning them so that at least one screw on each shelf will fit in the rack. I was able to do this for 2 out of 3 shelves and the ones on the shelf seem much stronger. The one with only wall anchors wobbles a bit and I'm concerned it will get worse the longer my cat spends with it. My biggest complaint is that the shelf arrangement shown in the photos and videos is not possible for my cat. . She has to make a really awkward turn and climb through the hole as well. It may come down if I put it there, but unfortunately I can't fix it. She's not particularly tall and quite mobile, so I think many cats will have the same problem. Having also noticed that the cat in the video never goes up, just gently goes down, I'm now wondering if it was filmed that way on purpose. Now I have to rearrange and touch up the shelves a bit. Some holes were unnecessarily drilled in the wall, so that's a little frustrating. But I would still recommend, just learn from your mistakes. Edit: I decided to add another shelf to the setup which solved my problem. See second picture. I appreciate you can buy them separately. I would definitely recommend it, but be aware that the suggested setup may not work for your cat.
