Incredibly responsive customer service and technical expertise
The support staff are very knowledgeable of our needs as we evolve into an electronic health system for physicians across multiple hospital systems here at Mayo Clinic Rochester MN where I am employed with them now - they have seen it all! They can give you solutions that work when others cannot or do not offer anything but "hope" to solve problems within their product range!! We've had great success implementing this software/hardware solution from beginning until present day without any glitches along my time there so far; no issues whatsoever during those past 2 years since implementation date till today (still going strong).
Pros
- Ability easily access data in different formats, including excel files created by other programs using same file naming convention used which eliminates reformatting needed after exporting Excel formatted reports out side program itself..great way get around limitations imposed upon us due lack knowledge / experience outside programming world..easy set up &/or change settings if need be.even help configuring network hardware configurations between client machines via remote management interface provided
