The support staff are very knowledgeable of our needs as we evolve into an electronic health system for physicians across multiple hospital systems here at Mayo Clinic Rochester MN where I am employed with them now - they have seen it all! They can give you solutions that work when others cannot or do not offer anything but "hope" to solve problems within their product range!! We've had great success implementing this software/hardware solution from beginning until present day without any glitches along my time there so far; no issues whatsoever during those past 2 years since implementation date till today (still going strong).
