The only thing that I don't like about the app is that sometimes it takes some time before sending an email to customers, so you have to wait a while until they receive your message. If you're looking for a very friendly interface, this one is great! It's also very easy to use. Afterbuy has been helping us with our customer service department for more than 5 years now. They help us with the management of our orders and manage our inventory.
