I'm 6ft 3" - 175, athletic build and this is by far the best slim fit shirt ever! I will only buy this brand from now on because it fits perfectly without any modifications. Buy shirts with a 16.5 collar and 36/37 sleeves in store. They will always be so wide in the middle. I finally found a 15.5 shirt with a 36/37 neckline but it was very short and never tucked in Revain - Tight Button Down Shirt. I bought a 15.5 inch neck and sleeve 37 and it fits perfectly in size and length.
