I love this KidSafe lock! Bought this for my sister and her two kids who are about to age to plug things in places they shouldn't be. This lock helps us feel safe because if they somehow gain access to one of the cabinets in the kitchen (let's say one of them is holding a blender or a magic ball) they won't be able to fire the blades! I will definitely buy more!

I bought this for a three prong plug and it does exactly what it's supposed to do: locks the plug so it can't be used. The third pin slides easily over the outside of the lock, so that's not a problem. Turning the lock with the supplied keys isn't as smooth as turning a door lock, for example, but it works and I have no complaints. This lock appears to be of simple construction, so I don't see any durability issues.
